All the following services are done and covered with your annual renewal amount, whether your Websites and Systems are:

  2. Partially designed and currently in Under Construction Mode. (Waiting to be published)
  3. Under Maintenance Mode. (Temporarily un-published for Maintenance)

  3. Hard Backups – Taking hard Backups off the servers and upload to paid google drives.
  4. Security Scan & Malware Check – Use tools and services for the scanning.
  5. Optimize Performance – Clean and optimize database, cache for speed.
  6. Hack and Spam – Check for form Captcha codes, bot attacks, hacking attempts, automated script attacks etc..

Content & Functionality

  1. Check and Update Content – Refresh text, images, pricing, or services.
  2. Test Forms and Checkout – Make sure contact forms, email notifications, and payment gateways still work.
  3. Review Mobile Responsiveness – Check if updates broke any design on devices.
  4. Clean the Servers –  Remove temp, trash files and old backups.

SEO & Analytics (Only for the SEO projects)

  1. Check Google Search Console & Analytics – Look for crawl errors, traffic drops, or indexing issues.
  2. Audit SEO – Update metadata, fix broken links, refresh keywords.
  3. SEO Reports – Providing time to time SEO Status Reports
